Not all of us are musicians and not all of us are promoters but most of us have one thing in common: a passion for music.
Here are some careers in music whether you’re a musician or not.
They create original music. They write full music and write each different part of the song. Arrangers pick which instruments plays each part. Most composers are arrangers themselves.
They are very important in the music industry. Without them, musicians wouldn’t be known or wouldn’t even have the opportunity to play their gigs. They range from ticket sales and marketing to dealing with the actual concert itself.
They find the best musicians out there. They are responsible for finding talented musicians and signing them to labels.
They interview the musicians and allow fans to know more about the musician. They also critique the musician’s work to help filter out the bad stuff and the good stuff for the audience.
They teach people how to play music. You could pass off your passion for music to your students.
Collects music such as records, sheet music etc.. then use their collection to recomment songs or audio tracks to a film’s music director or DJ’s/
Just like composers, they make music but most of their music is made in the studio and mostly electronically or with a computer. Most also tend to play live shows and can also be part of groups.
This is a list of some careers in music. Most people think that you need to be a musician to have careers in music but that’s not true. The only thing you need a love for music.
